Mega Squirt's upgraded Xcess Clutch Forks are a must in any 200TDI and 300TDi Land Rover or Range Rover. The standard cltuch forks are notorious, with the push rod bursting through the dome leaving you needing a new clutch - major headache and a huge bill!
Whilst there are other attempts of 'HD 200 300 TDi Clutch Forks" the Mega Squirt option is a league ahead. We reinforce the entire central area and the dome with 3mm 'Domex' Steel - this special steel is more than 2 x the strength of standard sheet steel (and then some). We CNC cut and then TIG Weld 3mm Domex onto a new Quality Fork, so thats stronger than even adding a 6mm plate !. Fit it once and forget it. Its what our products are all about, built UP to a spec and not DOWN to a price, and these are not expensive compared with what is already out there, but a world apart in Quality. ! The Part Number(s) for these for reference would be : FTC2957 / FTC2957HD. These are finished Black and come with the 2 x Release bearing carriers and Slave cylinder Clip, and a Stainless steel CNC release bearing retaining clip to replace the daft standard plastic one !
