The POWERspec V8 heavy duty clutch kit is designed to fit all Rover V8 engines, including 3.5L/3.9L/4.0L and 4.6L. The clutch is a 10.5″ diameter as found on Defender V8’s, Range Rover classic, Discovery 1, Discovery 2 and also 101 Forward controls. Our LOF clutch kit comes with a HD sprung plate lined with HD Friction material, Uprated Clutch cover, LOF heavy duty stainless steel release bearing (FTC5200)

Please note you need to identify if you vehicle has a 4 speed gearbox, which uses a 10 spline clutch plate, Or a 5 speed (LT77/R380) which uses the 23 spline fine clutch plate.

  • 1x LOF HD V8 10.5″ clutch cover

  • 1x LOF Clutches EXTREMEspec Release Bearing
  • 1x G90 High Temp Assembly Grease
  • 1x CNC wire formed spring clip for Pushrod
  • 1x CNC wire formed spring clip for fork/ bearing
  • 1x V8 spigot bush
  • 1x Fork bush

23 Spline option is for Defenders/ Range Rover 5 speed/ Discovery 1&2 5 speed

10 spline option is for Range Rover 4 speed/101 Forward controls/ Stage 1 V8 (LT95 gearbox)

The POWERspec is the next stage up, ideal if you use your Land Rover as a work horse. If you tow regularly or carry any extra weight like expedition trucks do then this is the spec for you. It’ll handle highly tuned road monsters or hard worked off-roaders all day long. If you want reliability and driveability from your mapped motor the POWERspec will keep you moving forward!
