Extra Large Capacity high efficiency alloy radiator for all Land Rover 200Tdi models, 70mm wider than standard, includes integral oil cooler.

Suitable for both Defender and Discovery vehicles fitted with our large front mount intercooler. Please see our uprated replacement radiator if you have an intercooler in the original position.

Fits in original position using standard hoses. Some small modification arrived to mounting frame, alternatively we offer a replacement frame specifically for the XL radiator

Over 40% better cooling than standard using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling.

Designed and crafted at our UK workshop, hand built and fully TIG welded by hand in high grade corrosion resistant aluminium.

Lighter than standard item, but designed to withstand the rigours of harsh environments likely to be encountered by Land Rovers. All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and all our radiators are pressure tested before dispatch to 30psi. Aluminium radiators are preliminary designed for maximum cooling rather than .longevity

This item includes an integral oil cooler with CNC machined threaded connections. Please note – we will need to know your oil cooler connections upon ordering, There are two types of oil cooler fittings please ensure you inform us if you have connections with an O ring or without. Please ask if you need help to confirm your requirement

All our radiators are available with electric fan packs, for maximum cooling, we recommend using the original viscous fan
