300Tdi Extra Large capacity high efficiency alloy radiator from AlliSport, 70mm wider than standard, includes integral oil cooler.
Suitable for both Defender and Discovery vehicles fitted with our large front mount intercooler. Please see our uprated replacement radiator if you have an intercooler in the original position.
Fits in original position using standard hoses. Some small modifications required to mounting frame, alternatively we offer a replacement frame specifically for the XL radiator

Hand built and fully TIG welded in house using laser cut end tanks and brackets in high quality 5000 series aluminium to resist corrosion.

All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and all radiators are pressure tested before dispatch to 25psi.
