Land Rover Defender 90/110 Sunroof Seal / Weatherstrip – Twist Handle Type
Replacement sunroof glass seal/weatherstrip for Land Rover Defender 90 and 110 models fitted with the later factory sunroof using the twist/rotary handle mechanism.
This seal fits between the sunroof glass and the surrounding frame, helping to provide a weather-resistant seal where the original rubber has become aged, hardened, compressed, damaged or deteriorated.
This replacement has been specially manufactured for LR Parts as the original Land Rover seal is not available separately.

Important Fitment Information
This seal is designed specifically for the twist-handle type factory sunroof.
It does not fit the earlier latch-style factory sunroof.
Please check the type of sunroof fitted to your vehicle before ordering.
Installation
For best results, we recommend bonding the seal securely into position using a suitable automotive-grade sealant/adhesive.
A new seal may initially sit slightly higher than an old, compressed seal. Once installed and compressed by the glass, it should settle further into position.
Correct positioning of the seal is important to ensure the sunroof glass closes evenly and seals correctly. The glass and closing mechanism should also be checked for correct alignment during installation.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with sunroof removal, adjustment or sealing.
Please note that water ingress from a Defender sunroof can have several possible causes, including the seal, frame, drainage system, glass alignment or surrounding bodywork. Replacing this seal cannot therefore be guaranteed to resolve every sunroof leak.
