The Alpine Halo9 units are fitted with a Direct Feed reverse camera multi-pin socket that's only compatible with Alpine's own range of reverse cameras.
Alpine's own Reverse Camera RCA adaptor converts their 'Direct Feed' input socket on the Halo9 unit into a conventional RCA/Phono female socket to allow you to plug in any 3rd party camera that uses a conventional RCA/Phono male jack plug.
You'll need this adaptor if you want to connect an aftermarket reverse camera such as the Optimill into your Alpine Halo9 headunit.
