1 x OLD MAN EMU Nitrocharger Sport Standard Length Rear Pin/Pin Shock

These are a rear standard shock with a firmer valving, better suited for use on the Rear of 110/130s and 90s that are heavily loaded. (Land Rovers that are regularly carrying extra weight or towing)

Fits:- Defender 90, 110, 130 with our rear Adventurer / Explorer Pin/Pin Shock Mounts GL1171

These OME shock absorbers are for our Adventurer Suspension Kit, which is a Pin/Pin fitting and will require our Adventurer / Explorer Pin/Pin Rear Shock Mounts GL1171 to fit them to the rear of your Defender.

It is a known problem for the upper Eye fitting on standard fitment rear shocks to break off due to lack of sideways movement. A Pin fixing allows more movement in all directions without breaking off as has been well proven over the years by my +5inch Challenge Pin/Pin Rear Shock mount. A Pin/Pin Rear Shock provides much improved reliability over the Standard Eye/Pin fitting.

Standard Length Shocks – These can be fitted…
• To a vehicle with or without Anti Roll Bars.
• 1” Lowered Ride Height
• Standard Ride Height up to 2” Lift

You will not need extended Brake Hoses or Spring Re-Locators.
Extended Bump Stops will be needed if using a lift spring.

They come ready assembled with the bushes and our bush isolation washers on each end,(these bush isolation washers are very important, to help stop the pin of the shock wearing away, all our shocks come with them ready fitted).

The OME Sport Shocks are designed to provide a superior ride and handling experience compared to other shock absorbers. This is thanks to the multi-stacked rebound and compression valving, once the shock is compressed it is hard to pull back out. This feature helps to prevent body roll and bounce, while still maintaining a comfortable ride both on and off the road
