This hood fits from behind the Double truck cab with a window in the front panel of the hood so you can see in your rear view mirror, the front panel attaches to the rear tub top body so you are not able access the rear body through the rear cab window. the hood then goes all the way back to the tailgate.
These hoods require the original type fitting hoop sets and the rear cab drain channel that the hood attaches to is full width of vehicle and not around the cab rear window.
110” Crew Cab Hood have one window in the front and one window in the rear curtain.
