 Important Fitment Notes

To ensure perfect operation, please make sure the following steps are carried out during installation:

  • Run the required “Turbo Learn / End-Stop Learn” calibration using IDS/SDD or a suitable diagnostic tool

  • Check the turbo vane lever moves freely with no stiffness

  • Fit the actuator arm with zero preload (not one spline out)

  • Inspect wiring and connector condition for clean, tight connections

These steps prevent common fault codes such as P2562 and ensure the actuator performs correctly.
