Designed and manufactured in the UK to outperform any others currently on the market, these CNC machined from Billets of Aerospace grade 6082-T6 aluminium ensure the highest quality. Hinge pins made of stainless steel are internally pinned preventing unwanted removal. Hinges also feature self lubricating graphite bushes to reduce friction and prevent wear. The superior performance of these hinges means there is no longer a need to use a separate swing away type wheel carrier. Although they are compatible with most makes of these they are also compatible with Panoramic conversions. After machining and going through our strict quality control procedures these are anodized to a maximum of 25 microns. Come complete with high security stainless fixings. PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that no TFR solutions should be used on our products where anodised.
